  1. Mineral content (ppm) in whole body of Atlantic salmon at 60 g from low and high intensive temperature group. Total mineral content was measured in whole fish. Levels were low, but within the range of what are common in commercially reared salmon. Significant numbers (P = 0.05) indicated by *, n = 40 (means ± st.dev).
