Electrophysiological analysis of wild-type and hAPP-expressing flight muscles. Sample traces of intracellular recordings of muscle responses from the DLFM following electrical stimulation of 1 week (A) and 3 week (B) old wild-type w1118flies and 1 week (C) and 3 week (D) old Dmef-hAPP flies. No obvious differences were detected among the test groups independent of age or genotype.
