- Intracellular recordings were performed on the DLFM and TTM muscles following electrical stimulation as described in the Materials and Methods. Data are provided for both wild type w1118and Dmef/hAPP flies at both 1 week and 3 weeks. Data is in mV and presented as the mean/standard deviation/standard error of the mean. N = number of flies tested for each condition. No significant differences between 1 week and 3 week old flies we observed (Student T-test, P < 0.05)
