Expression of members of the c-myc / max / mad network in liver derived from male and female control and c-myc conditional knockout mice. Total liver RNA was isolated from triplicate c-myc wild-type (open bars) and c-mycfl/fl (closed bars) Alb-Cre expressing mice at 8 and 10 weeks of age and a multiprobe RNase protection assay performed. Expression levels of B-myc, L-myc, and max were quantified and normalized to the internal control L32. Data are expressed as mean + 1 SD.
