Determination of urea production after treatment of hepatocytes with bradykinin. Urea production was spectrophotometrically determined at 600 nm after 2 h incubation with 1 mM NH4Cl in basal conditions (white column), in presence of 0.01 mM bradykinin (hatched column), in presence of 0.1 mM bradykinin (crosshatched column) and in presence of 0.1 mM bradykinin with 1.68 mM L-NAME (black column).
