Regulation of equine PECAM1 mRNA by wounding of thorax and limb skin. Total RNA was extracted from wound margin biopsies isolated 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks post-wounding, then used in mRNA expression analyses by semi-quantitative RT-PCR as described in Methodology.
