Comparison of methods for determination of body fat mass in adult zebrafish. Comparison of body fat mass (mg) determined by analyses of MR images (Bruker) and by EchoMRI 4in1 measurement (EchoMRI™) in 8 adult, male zebrafish of the AB strain at 6 months post fertilization showed a strong correlation between the two methods.
