Numbers within parentheses are p values adjusted for multiple comparisons based on 9 and 21 tests for all force levels, and 12 tests for force< 200 N and force >= 200 N using the false discovery rate adjustment. *Variable was studied with natural log transform. + Percent refers to the force generated as a percent of MVC during motor unit collection. Force refers to the force generated during data collection.
